No student loans or government grants?

The college i want to go to doesn’t accept student loans or government grants, but the school is $22,000. Is there some other kind of loan i can get or does that just mean i have to pay for it on my own?
P.S- It’s Vidal Sassoon, arguably the most superior cosmetology school out there.

Every schools "ULTIMATE" goal is to get federal and state funding. I always love how they manage to word it otherwise… Honestly, the school does not have the PRIVILEGE of accepting government funds for their students. It is not a good school if they can’t get their act together enough to meet minimal standards. There are many reasons why this is the case, and none of them are in your favor.

If you don’t have 22K laying around, you need to RUN, don’t walk, to the nearest school that is legit enough for the government to at least recognize them as a real school.
